Arriving at the Radisson Hotel

Transportation - Hotel Van Service
The hotel shuttle van service runs between the hours of 5am to 11pm on weekdays and 6am to 11pm on weekends. The hotel will provide transportation to and from Love Field and to other destinations within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. Simply call the hotel at their regular number (214-630-7000) to arrange for transportation serivces from Love Field.

Transportation - Dallas Paratransit Services - If you use Paratransit Service in your city of residence, you qualify to use Paratransit Service in Dallas, Texas. Prior to your arrival in Dallas, TX you should fax a copy of your Paratransit ID to the following number: 214-828-6642 with a note specifying the duration of your stay in Dallas. About one hour later you should call 214-282-6717 to get your temporary Dallas Paratransit ID number. Once you have the temporary ID number you should carry it with you along with the Paratransit ID from your city of residence. This will qualify you to make reservations with Dallas Paratransit Services.

To arrange rides on Dallas Paratransit Services, please - call 214-515-7272. In the Dallas area, reservations can be made for the next day or for up to the 3rd day from the date called. Paratransit Services will require you to know the complete address for the point of pickup and the complete address of the drop-off point. Holders of Paratransit I.D. cards can ride the regular DART bus for free.

Registration and Hospitality - Registration begins on Sept 4, 2008 at 6pm in the Atrium. Hospitality Suite (13th floor) opens from 3pm to 10pm on Thursday and from 9am to 10pm on Friday and Saturday. The hospitality suite is on the 13th floor. Press "P" on the elevator to access the 13th floor (penthouse). When you get off of the elevator, turn to the right and walk a short distance until you are forced to take another right. Then walk all the way to the end of the hall until you come to a junction where you must either turn left or right. When you arrive at that junction, keep going straight - the door you find is that of the hospitality suite.
